Aerosmith Charging Insane Price For Bar Stool Tickets

Aerosmith have recently announced their “Peace Out” farewell tour, which will see the band perform across North America starting in September and until early 2024.

It will see the legendary hard rock band going on a massive 40-date run in North America as they celebrate their 50th anniversary.

The group will be accompanied by The Black Crowes serving as special guests, and they’ll collaborate with THX to enhance the audio experience on each night.

Due to the group’s legendary status, the fact that it’s a farewell tour, and the venue size, one might expect that the ticket prices would be on the pricey side.

However, few would expect the prices going for Aerosmith’s show at the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington. As reported by Metal Injection, a Twitter user spotted a bar stool seat going for $400 at the venue.

The fan shared a screenshot of Ticketmaster’s website, with the caption:

“This is f***ing ridiculous. Aerosmith is charging $400 + fees to sit on a f***ing bar stool in the very back of a section that’s almost behind the stage.”

The fact that only a couple of the seats are left might mean that this elevated price comes from Ticketmaster’s controversial dynamic pricing model, although it’s unclear if that is the case.
